Safe, predictable splitting — step-by-step.

Cracken is a High-Strength Chemical Agent that expands when mixed with water, creating enormous pressure inside drilled holes.
This pressure splits rock or concrete safely without blasting.

How Cracken Is Applied:

Cracken is a ready-to-mix expansive cracking agent engineered for controlled splitting of rock and reinforced concrete. Typical field workflow:

  1. 1 Site assessment & hole pattern design (diameter, depth, spacing) based on material type.
  2. 2 Drill holes to specified diameter and depth; clean and dry holes.
  3. 3 Mix Cracken powder with the recommended water ratio to a homogeneous grout.
  4. 4 Pour/meter grout into each hole and seal as required.
  5. 5 Withdraw to safe distance and monitor; progressive expansion creates controlled fractures within 60-90 minutes depending on temperature and material.
  6. 6 Remove fractured blocks and perform finishing as required.

Technical Note:

Recommended hole diameters, spacing, and water ratios vary by application — consult our technical support or request an on-site test for a tailored hole pattern.

Engineered performance — tested, certified, reliable.

Cracken is manufactured under strict quality controls and batch testing to ensure consistent expansion pressure, setting time, and storage stability.

Our Internal QA Includes:

compression/expansion tests, particle-size verification, moisture control, and batch traceability.

We also conduct periodic third-party lab verification to validate field performance and safety parameters.

Who needs Cracken ?
Large Construction & Demolition Contractors
Large Construction & Demolition Contractors

They need it:

  • To break up concrete or rock in sensitive locations (near existing buildings or structures).
  • To remove foundations, columns, or thick walls without vibration or noise.

Why:

  • A safe and licensed alternative to explosives.
  • It reduces time and cost compared to mechanical demolition.
  • It gives them more precise control over where and when to break it up.
Mining & Quarry Companies
Mining & Quarry Companies

They need it:

  • For breaking up hard rock without blasting.
  • In areas with environmental or legal restrictions on explosives.

Why:

  • Reduced risk, noise, and vibration.
  • Greater operational flexibility at any time of day.
  • Economical long-term product for repeated production.
Civil Engineering & Infrastructure Projects
Civil Engineering & Infrastructure Projects

They need it:

  • In bridge projects, tunnels, water and sewage infrastructure plants, and for laying power lines or transportation infrastructure.

Why:

  • Because they need to partially or precisely remove solid materials without affecting the rest of the infrastructure.
  • Cracken provides them with very high precision and safety in execution.
  • Cracking is a cost-effective and safe solution.
Underground, Rail & Metro Authorities
Underground, Rail & Metro Authorities

They need it:

  • To break up rocks or concrete blocks during road or transportation network development.

Why:

  • Because explosives are prohibited in residential and densely populated areas.
  • Cracken offers a quiet, safe, and easy-to-train solution for field teams.
  • Improving safety in underground projects by mitigating the adverse effects of blasting-induced vibrations.
Small & Medium Contractors / Site Owners
Small & Medium Contractors / Site Owners

They need it:

  • For removing walls, concrete foundations, or small rocks in confined spaces.

Why:

  • A ready-made product that's easy to use, even without complicated equipment.
  • They can buy it in small quantities and try it themselves.
  • Lower cost than renting large demolition equipment.
Interior Designers & Landscape Architects
Interior Designers & Landscape Architects

They need it:

  • Renovating interior or exterior spaces with solid stone or concrete elements (e.g., walls, floors, or stone cladding).

Why:

  • It allows the desired design to be implemented without damaging the overall structure.
  • It provides clean results without unwanted breakage.
  • It's easy to coordinate with small teams.
Individual Homeowners / General Public
Individual Homeowners / General Public

They need it:

  • If they have a rock or old foundation they want to remove in their house or garden.
  • For minor modifications or expansions to a house or garage.

Why:

  • Because they don't need heavy equipment or a permit.
  • Cracken is safe, easy to mix, and easy to use.
  • It allows them to solve the problem themselves or with a simple technician without the cost of a large contractor.
Distributors
